芥末醬擁有強烈鮮明的辛辣味道，微酸，和肉類是最佳搭檔，芥末的香味可化解肉類的肥膩，使肉香更清爽，沒有芥末醬的熱狗、漢堡、薯角將會大大失色。以白酒醋或有機蘋果醋調製，酸味較為溫和，不像巿售的芥末醬太嗆，沾著燒肉多吃幾件也不覺肥膩。這配方可作沾醬或菜餚調味汁的基底，多做一點放在冰箱隨時取用，無添加吃得安心。
